BOOKING TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
By submitting my reservation request on this Website I acknowledge that have read and agree to the Tour Booking and Site Usage Terms and Conditions as stated.
RESERVATIONS: Your credit card will be charged the full tour retail amount, at the time you place your online booking order. Once your credit card payment has been authorized, you will receive an online confirmation number, which will be emailed to you within 24 hours of credit card authorization.
RE-CONFIRMATION: Reservations must be reconfirmed 48 hrs. in advance of the applicable tour day/date/time by calling 702-565-STAR (7827) (7am-10pm PST). Failure to re-confirm your applicable flight may result in you being off-loaded from your originally booked tour day/date/flight time.
TOUR CANCELLATION: 48 hour cancellation notice of the applicable tour day/date/time is required for day-time
Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam Tours. Tours cancelled within 48 hrs. of the applicable tour
day/date/time will result in 100% cancellation fee of the applicable retail price.
TOUR NO-SHOWS: No show of the applicable tour day/date/time will result in 100% no show fee of the applicable retail price.
WEDDING CANCELLATION: A full 7 day cancellation notice is required for a full refund, 3 days for a 50% refund and no refunds inside of 3 days.
REFUNDS: In the event service(s) described in the applicable 5 Star Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours, LLC, tour itinerary cannot be provided due to causes beyond the control of 5 STAR Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours, Inc., we will exercise all efforts to provide comparable service(s). If your tour itinerary package is cancelled and comparable service(s) cannot be provided, 5 STAR Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours, LLC, will refund all monies paid to 5 STAR Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours, LLC. Please allow up to five (5) business days for refund processing. Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of a tour.
FLIGHT ROUTES: For safety, flight routes and flight times may vary due to weather conditions.
5 STAR Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours, LLC, reserves the right to upgrade passengers onto another tour. Flight times are approximate and include loading and unloading.
COMFORT & SAFETY: Passengers exceeding 250 lbs. / 112 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed. Passengers exceeding stated body weights may be off-loaded at the time of check-in.

PRICES: Prices listed are in U.S. dollar and are subject to change without notice. Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian. Prices and itineraries are subject to change without notice. Tours require a minimum of four (4) passengers to operate.
GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION: Contact information and instructions will be supplied after securing your online booking. Your departure date and time will be emailed to you within 24 hrs. For all bookings within 24 hrs. of travel date please call in your reservation directly to the 5 Star Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours reservations center at 702-565-STAR (7827) (7am-10pm PST).
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer service feedback must submitted within 30 days of the applicable day/date of travel.
